At LashHeaven, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our return policy ensures a smooth and hassle-free process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition cannot be returned.

  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used eyelash extensions, lash removers, foam cleaners, or personal hygiene products.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

3. How to Return Your Order

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@lashheaven.com within 14 days of receiving your product.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. Our team will issue a Return Authorization and provide instructions for shipping your return.

  4. Ship the item back to the provided address using a trackable shipping method.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
