1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition cannot be returned.

Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used eyelash extensions, lash removers, foam cleaners, or personal hygiene products.

Gift cards or promotional items.
3. How to Return Your Order

Contact our customer support team at support@lashheaven.com within 14 days of receiving your product.

Provide your order number and reason for the return.

Our team will issue a Return Authorization and provide instructions for shipping your return.

Ship the item back to the provided address using a trackable shipping method.
4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
5. Exchanges
